By purchasing a license from us, you agree to the following terms regarding refunds, licensing, and account security. Please read these carefully, as all sales are final subject to the conditions below.
1. Hardware ID (HWID) Policy
Your license is tied to the specific hardware configuration of the machine it was first activated on.
- No Free HWID Resets: We do not provide free HWID resets for licenses. It is the user's responsibility to ensure they are activating the license on their intended primary device.
- Purchasing a Reset: Upgrading components or switching PCs does not entitle the user to a free reset. If a reset is required due to a hardware change, it must be purchased via the following link:
2. License Sharing & Prohibited Use
Licenses are sold for individual use only.
- Anti-Sharing: Sharing your license key or account credentials with another person is strictly prohibited.
- Detection: We utilize advanced monitoring to detect simultaneous logins or suspicious hardware changes. We can tell when a license is being shared, and we reserve the right to monitor usage patterns for security purposes.
3. License Management & Responsibility
It is the user’s sole responsibility to secure and store their license keys.
- No Replacements: We do not provide replacements for lost or misplaced licenses. Ensure you save your credentials in a secure, permanent location.
- Support Tickets: A support ticket is not a storage solution. We reserve the right to close or delete tickets at any time without prior notice or reason. Do not rely on ticket history to retrieve your license.
4. Termination of Service
Violation of any part of these terms—specifically license sharing—will result in an immediate and permanent ban of your license without a refund.
Final Authority: All decisions regarding bans, refund eligibility, and license status are made at our sole discretion. Our reasoning is final and is not subject to appeal.
